Aim:
The aim was to develop a recruiting marketplace for helping some of the coolest companies hire
the best talent. I Wonder, haven’t they heard about Upwork/freelancer? Anyways you gotta do what you gotta do.
Project Description:
Soko basically follows B2B and B2C business models. It’s a SPA Marketplace that provides paid opportunities to recruits. Recruits can find bounties put out by web3 companies needing great talent for their open positions. Companies or Reruites can further share the Job Posts on social networks to attract quality talent to amazing job opportunities.
Recruits can earn a bounty reward if anyone that they referred gets hired into those companies. Recruits can choose to donate the bounty to charities like Red Cross, Sentencing Project, Covid19 care, etc.
Scope:
We created a list of the features which included the following things:
Features:
- Personalized Login and Dashboard: Personalised login is provided for companies, members, and admins for accessing their features and dashboard.
- Listing for Companies: It’s not just the listing, it’s a module for Companies on the admin side to manage them. So that admin can block them if they are violating any policies.
- Listing for Charity: Module for Charity on admin side to manage them. Here admin can check the ledgers for pending and completed transaction.
- Job Feed page: Job feed page to view all jobs posted by companies. Users can filter the job here by the status, which are active, ready for review and closed.
- Refer Jobs to and earn bounty: Reruites can share the Job Posts in social networks.They can earn a bounty reward if anyone that they referred gets hired into those companies.
- Charity Donate feature to help the cause: Recruits can choose to donate the bounty to charities like Red Cross, Sentencing Project, Covid19 care, etc. to help the cause
- View Job Applicants and hire functionality: Companies can view all the job applicants who has applied to job and carry on the screening and hiring process.
- Invite Functionality for companies: Admin can invite new companies to enroll and onboard them. You need new companies to fullfill the needs of new recruits.
